In NZ the legal age to consent or whatever is 16 and she is 17 so there's nothing illegal about it.

And maybe it's just me but she looks happy and is hugging him so it doesn't exactly look like he's a predator or forcing her into anything...

She's actually 17 to those of you saying she's 16. And I'm shocked to see how rude some of you are to her just because she's apparently 'not skinny enough' and/or because her boyfriend is a little older than her. As long as she's happy, and he's happy with her, what's the problem? And for the record, she's not fat, at all.
