Second, I think this is pretty fair. If you think certifications should be about sales then this doesn't make sense, but I think they are supposed to be more about impact. If you get someone to listen to your song 100 times, I think it's fair to count that as one sale in terms of impact/influence in the industry. It's a fact younger generations are preferring Spotify and other streaming apps over purchasing music. To ignore that completely would be ludacris, especially if someone were to listen to Judas like 500 times on their Spotify. You're not going to count that once as a sale when someone who "bought" the song may not even listen to it a fraction of that many times? Never thought of it like that.
