Stop being so harsh with her, specially because you don't know how hard she has really worked. Didn't someone said that Gaga already picked the album tracklisting?...so this means Gaga is re-recording the demos of the songs she choosed to be on ARTPOP. This doesn't take long, she can record 2-3 songs per day if she's spending the whole day in the studio and then send them for mixing. ..don't worry guys ARTPOP will be out soon. this! However, at every possible press/ interview/meeting the same exact line of "were almost finished with it" has been said ad nauseum - for the past 2 years now, almost. That's why I'm annoyed. If you arent finished with it, then JUST say so. That's my point. I get it's becoming close to being finalized now, but it was pointless to keep saying that it was "done" in the middle of last year. she never said "were almost finished with it". all shes done is mention that its being recorded. that shes in the process of recording it. that shes in the process of finalizing tracklisting, etc etc. it annoys me that people want her to repeat the hype she created for born this way by overly filling us in on every step in the album making process. id rather not know anything and be surprised with a release date than be dragged along with teasers for months. shes not just making an album for us this time, shes making it for everyone. thats why i think we're being kept relatively in the dark. Equally valid and true My problem is people are surprised here that the fans are impatient, now. Everyone understands that most artists take 5 years or more between album cycles, that isnt the issue. At the heart, it's just a question of what was going on during all of last year to keep pushing it back further. Interscope was hoping for a later 2012 Quarter release (there are receipts for that somewhere) - It's not really a big deal that it's delayed, just as its not gaga's fault for having to postpone the album because of circumstances that went outside of her control. What people are having an issue with, I believe, is the illogical updates on this album. One minute it's almost finished (see all of 2012) and now, its starting to becoming mastered, or now Redone hasnt even worked with gaga, or etc... Citing all of this from the actual ARTPOP newsfeed thread, but it's just been a mess, and its not really anyone fault that it is, but mixed messages keep being sent out, which is causing mixed reactions.
