Nurtec) … in August he marked his public launch as CEO of OuterBio by highlighting a “really, really great experience” working specifically with the original partners of the Founders Fund (three of whom are directly associated with the Trump Administration; the Founders Fund was/is also a primary investor in Vivek Ramaswamy’s biotech company) … So, that’s just gleaning from practical optics but no one but Gaga nor Mr. Morningview knows for certain Pop and politics, forever bedfellows! ETA: Source attribution Reveal hidden contents Peter Thiel (Palantir, international surveillance database; Trump top campaign donor; Vance mentor), Sean Parker (Stability.AI (Stability Diffusion)—precedent platform for CSAM legislation), Luke Nosek (Founder, Gigafund; SpaceX‘s (Musk) first institutional investor, current company Board member), and Ken Howery (U.S. Ambassador to Sweden, 2019-2021; U.S. Amabassador to Denmark, 2025-Present) [ Source: https://techcrunch.com/2026/08/21/michael-polansky-is-training-an-ai-model-on-skin-thats-still-alive/ ] wait how he highlighted that quote about working with thiel specifically during the outer bio launching? it seems he was just asked about it and said that, also maybe the fact that back then when he worked for the founders fund, thiel didn't explicitly considered himself conservative libertarian and hadn't made his full right wing trump supporter turn, and since that job launched his career in business it makes sense for him to not dump on that.

Good question! To be fair, my observation is just gleaning from practical optics, so any perspectives are operating from what is presented to the public marketplace (I have never met Gaga nor Mr. Morningview, so my POV is completely based on third-party perspective). That said, just operating from the space of media literacy / critical discourse analysis … considering how protective Polansky has been regarding his publicity and privacy (to Gaga‘s own admission on the record during their partnership), his first feature editorial profile would likely be subject to strong vetting and/or a firm approval process on behalf of OuterBio/Polansky to ensure that his debut / hard launch as CEO of the company reflected how he and the company intend for his image to be presented to the public (and, considering the TechCrunch audience, potential investors / those versed and/or influential within the tech sector). The editorial feature, moreover, actively positions Polansky as orgnaization CEO, thus establishes his existing professional network (i.e. those figures whose guidance establishes some sort of baseline for OuterBio‘s own corporate culture). Fundamentally, as far as strategic communications, the editorial was intended to illustrate a clear identity for the marketplace to be introduced to Polansky as a business leader; and for someone who is as aware of their public perception as Polansky has been, while dating one of the most famous women in the world, nothing in his TechCrunch profile would be an accidental inclusion. Moreover, if there was anything that ran counter to the image Polansky intended to present to the marketplace, it is standard practice to request a retraction and/or amendment to any information that distorts the truth or what he intended to communicate. We do not know if TechCrunch asked Polansky about his time at Founders Fund and/or within what capacity, or if he volunteered the information; what we do know, from practical optics, is that Polansky approved of the very specific direct quote being featured in his hard launch as OuterBio CEO, in August 2026, as Peter Thiel has active contracts with the current administration, and is a preeminent figure in the far-right movement with specific ideologies that reflect supremacy and fascism. Additionally, again, in August 2026, Polansky approved of the direct quote confirming his positive relationship with a current member of the Trump administration (Howery), a current member of SpaceX‘s Board (Nosek), Trump‘s top campaign donor and Vance mentor (Thiel), and his existing supervisor, Sean Parker (architect of the polarizing Opportunity Zone initiative, and current Executive Chairman at Stability.AI—a position that was the apparent result of the OuterBio “greenhouse coup” event at Gaga‘s Malibu residence). Spoiler Lady Gaga probably wasn’t thinking that a coup would unfold in her greenhouse. Then again, she was cohosting a party there with Sean Parker, the billionaire founder of Napster and first president of Facebook. [ … ] [ … https://www.skipthepaywall.com/read?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wired.com%2Fstory%2Fartificial-intelligence-hollywood-stability%2F … ] Polansky has not asked for a retraction on his statement, and has not expressed any dissent or deviation from the Founders Fund culture and/or the practices / values of their original partners. His business networks continue to reflect the associations he developed through that primary network, and, again, his only commentary on the polarizing figures, in August 2026, is that he, understandably, had a “really, really great experience” working with the team—full-stop. Additionally, Peter Thiel‘s particular relationship with editorial media seems quite relevant to how Polansky learned to navigate public figuration and culture journalism … Spoiler How the Gawker Trial Was the Gateway to Trump ( via Columbia Journalism Review ) In 2007, Valleywag, Gawker’s gossip column devoted to Silicon Valley, published a short piece about a then-little-known venture capitalist and tech founder, under the headline “Peter Thiel is totally gay, people.” Thiel’s sexuality wasn’t a secret, nor was the piece mocking. “Peter Thiel, the smartest VC in the world, is gay,” it read. “More power to him.” But it was the first time this information was made public, and Thiel didn’t welcome the attention. He vowed privately to get revenge on Valleywag, which he described as “the Silicon Valley equivalent of al Qaeda,” a “Manhattan-based terrorist organization” that was apparently terrifying tech bros into conformity. It took him almost a decade for his quest to succeed. In March 2016, a lawsuit against Gawker brought by Hulk Hogan over the publication of a leaked sex tape resulted in its bankruptcy. Hogan, like everyone else, only discovered the identity of his mysterious and dedicated benefactor after the trial. The Gawker trial was a turning point, both for Thiel personally and for perceptions about the tech industry. His friends would say that, without the Gawker trial, Thiel’s early endorsement of Donald Trump that same year was unthinkable. To others, Thiel’s readiness to simply shut down an online publication that he did not like revealed, perhaps more than any other event up to that point, the authoritarian tendencies of the tech industry and how hollow its commitments to “free information” were. The outlook for digital journalism was ominous. What are the lessons from the Gawker trial, ten years later? What is its political legacy? And how can digital journalism build a safe future in the face of such severe threats? In this episode of Journalism 2050, Emily Bell is joined by three guests. Maria Bustillos is a journalist, editor, and self-described “information activist” who reported from the courtroom during the Gawker trial. Samuel Earle is the author of Tory Nation: The Dark Legacy of the World’s Most Successful Political Party and a PhD candidate at Columbia Journalism School. Marine Doux is the cofounder and editorial director of Médianes and a research fellow at the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia Journalism School. [ Source ] So … again, this is just gleaning from public optics given the basic approach to media literacy and general framework of critical discourse analysis … really, it‘s just a simple matter of reading what is written, and believing people when they tell you who they are … TL;DR: In August 2026, Michael Polansky expressed a “really, really great experience” working with Peter Thiel, Sean Parker, Luke Nosek, and Ken Howery, on the record, in a feature editorial profile piece introducing him as CEO of his biotech company, OuterBio; in November 2026, that statement stands as his current position in relationship to the Founders Fund founding partners, full-stop.
