Oriane 23,077
I was expecting a lot more dumb takes in this thread like "she said she was born this way but she has fillers!!!" or "she says fame makes her suffer but The Fame was about wanting to be famous!!!". But I see that people have grown up and understand nuances now The only GGD member who can read / Credits to Celloo Deng for the profile pic! 1 1

I mean she could chose the big commercial music act path then secretly be giving the vast majority of her earnings to charities... But the moment you work with one of the worst mega company on earth ( seriously the more you check their head company the more you see the vilest scandals ) then you're doing such harm that even giving away your "fee" seems possibly a contradiction.

I hail men, I love men, I celebrate American male culture — beer, bars, and muscle cars." "I guess I'm a feminist. I think she just educated herself so much more in those years. Even women were grossly misinformed about what being a feminist was and it was seen as a misandrist position at that point. It's a quick turnaround but I'm glad she did. I never liked what she said originally. She sounded like she was trying to be 'not like other girls' or a pick me even though that wasn't what she intended. 1
JoeCool 1,201
Someone did a thread here on this but singing about wanting a guy like John Wayne kind of symbols a very macho type not into glam. Shes said how much she hates money early in her career and doesn’t live lavishly. Lately that’s kind of a contradiction Edit: kind of see this has been touched upon Edited October 29 by JoeCool 1

And it didn’t stop until it all blew up in her face with the nurtec fiasco. Also, another contraction was how much she hated Hollywood and celebrity culture only to move to Hollywood and take part in said celebrity culture Yupppp she became everything she said she wouldn’t she virtually said nothing about trans rights at all this year either.
