Rose was first spotted out of nowhere on a random walk after a few articles about how nobody had heard from Gaga for months, so presumably at that point they realised they were gonna have to do something to dispel rumours. Since then there’s been nothing bar that LQ video of Rose in her pram which I think came from a fan/member of the public rather than paparazzi. Which is bad luck tbh, both that she was recognised and the person was rude enough to film her and post it. Gaga is clever and has said she wants Rose to have as normal a childhood as possible, so they’ve probably prepped for all this.
