I guess I uniquely feel bad because the penis is one of the few external things you can't really augment without a bunch of footnotes attached. So in that way, realizing it's what you're born with could make people feel better. But again I get how some people are stuck on it. We all have those parts of ourselves we're kinda fixated on.
