I have a theory:

The photos look very TTPD but in color, also the "patient" of it all, it has "Zero", Showgirl is TS12 with 12 tracks and she said there will be no track 13, 14, etc. So what if this is a song that came after finishing TTPD and before Showgirl and got scrapped because it really didn't fit, so she will add it as Track 0 of Showgirl as some kind of prelude.
