It's great to see musicians finally pushing against pro-Zionist corporations and billionaires.

After seeing acts like Bob Vylan (Glastonbury) and Massive Attack (Singapore) getting investigated over pro-Palestine/anti-war performances, this just feels like the tide finally turning.

why can't all this happen to the female Ed Sheeran, she's as "apolitical" as he is, unless it earns her money, like when she used the LGBTQ+ community  for the cash :Cautious:

I think Taylor would handle this situation a lot better if it happened to her. Ed's statement did a lot of damage.

I don't think they'd dare put Taylor in such a spot :ladyhaha: Also idk if she'd hire someone like Mac as an opener, as she likes her support to be not outspoken.

I'm shook honestly. I didn't think so many people would give up a large paycheck for their beliefs. This is amazing!

I think she would’ve sign them to keep their mouth shut and I honestly believe that they would comply.. Ed is not as powerful as Taylor in the American music industry.

She's smart enough to avoid **** like this which creates focal points.

Ed is a dumb ass. Books a openly political act, lets him do the political act and then does the shocked pikachu face.

This is why I'm finding this so entertaining, the lad isn't very bright, bonus points for all his opening acts dropping AFTER he made the statement

Love that he tried the "but I need to pay the band"

Only for the band to go "no thanks"

Which is kinda insane. He theoretically can do a one man show but I don't think he has the stomach for that tbh

And I doubt any band wants to touch this tour with a 10 ft pole now, and he better be prepared to pay very premium rates, if he even has time to replace them :ladyhaha: His next date is in 3 days :brat:

Maybe the US part of the tour will really get cancelled :partysick:

The problem with situations like this is that it often ends in virtue signalling...and this is kind of what we've ended up with in the openers dropping out.

Meanwhile everyone ignores the actual problem which is people like Bob Kraft, not Ed Sheeran.

Digging a bit.. Macklemore has some interesting connections with Trump supporters and pro-Israel people who donated money to Israel during the war :air:

In 2017 he also booked a concert in Israel, but canceled it for "schedule conflicts" which actually was low tickets sales :air::air:
