Because it is the lead of the era. dwas had it’s own mini era but still part of the album, treat it like a bonus track without the ‘bonus track’ label. for example, Janet’s Doesn’t Really Matter was released as the Nutty Professor 2 song, and the All For You was the lead of the album, but still DRM was part of the album but was never treated as the lead. I understand without understanding I mean, a lead single is a lead single, regardless of its significance to the album.
