It is an insanely well thought out (musically and thematically) and one of a kind debut album, full of great songwriting and don't even get me started how young she was. Remember when during Mayhem promotion Gaga was talking in some interview how she basically invented this unique pop-rock-electro-disco-r&b-industrial hybrid? she was talking about The Fame (the industrial part mostly came with TFM, but the rest is right there).
