During 2020 I would be out til after midnight delivering ballots to make sure nothing would be delayed. Between Dan Sullivan not even being from here (us Alaskans can be very apprehensive with people from βoutsideβ trying to represent us), there being a second Dan Sullivan running in the same party, Mary Peltola (unfortunately) marketing herself as a center-moderate to win over republicans, and us having ranked choice voting here it could seriously go in favor of the dem nominee. That said, we will likely be last to certify because of ranked choice and transporting ballots from Alaskan villages to the division of elections which in November takes time given weather conditions. Can't wait for senate control to hinge on Peltola's victory and all the MAGA tears about the supposed Democratic establishment stealing Alaska.
