If we get to buy a product developed by them, I think we are not getting it direct from Outer Bio, but from Haus Labs (for sure) or other skincare brands.

Wouldn't this be the "research division" and Haus Labs would still be the company that releases products? I read the company description and made me think of that scenario.

I remember years ago Gaga hosted a party thing for pharma people or something like that and many said that Michael made her be into that and it ended up being this  We kinda knew tho cause I remember her talking about this at some point

it’s B2B (business to business) but it could definitely lead to massive skincare breakthroughs and eventually feed into helping people deal with inflammation overall like what Gaga gets from her fibromyalgia

Skincare is a major trending market at the moment and its psychology is a major part of tech industry obsession with transhumanism. So its a 2 birds with 1 stones situation.

Plus it will take time for the proprietary AI tech on skin testing to reach a point where it is a scaleable profitable business on its own at a time when investors are starting to hedge bets in the AI world due to the continuing debt buildup and lack of true profit return. 

Using the R&D on the AI system to effectively produce a ready for market profit maker is actually quite a smart way to get around the scaling costs of developing AI tech now and the long pipeline between creation and profit with AI tech. 

If its traded publicly, I'd definitely consider stocks in it.

Yes so essentially they’re two separate companies Outer Bio isn’t going to be used exclusively for Haus Labs but it’s a B2B that will sell its services and patents to other companies. For example if they patent fermented arnica via Haus Labs, then it became popular in skincare, because it’s patented only Outer Bio would be allowed to formulate and produce it for clients. 

Meaning for example; if suddenly Fenty Beauty wanted fermented arnica in their skincare, they’d have to pay Outer Bio to formulate it for them at a price. And if Outer Bio says no to anyone then they simply can’t use it.

Yeah their focus is on the skincare uses of it for now, but their overall ethos about combating inflammation will move beyond just skincare products and into pharmaceuticals and food ingredients. This is just step 1 of probably thousands.

Also they’re advancing human skin testing for ingredients, extending the life span of skin cells for testing by 4x the original time. Meaning they can test out allergens, effects and other things more in depth over time. Effectively they’re making the first step toward the end of animal testing as well. But to do that they’d need other massive beauty companies to invest and use Outer Bio, and that would take a LOT of effort and time, probably decades yet.

That same technology, initially developed for expensive vanity, could end up having a much bigger impact in healthcare. Lab-grown skin created to test high-end cosmetics could eventually scale into a way of producing safe, affordable skin for medical applications, potentially giving people who have lost skin due to severe burns, skin cancer or traumatic injuries access to something that was previously much harder to provide.
That would be a very Kindness Punk move to save this Capitalist Vulture Twist on Gaga 

But what a Pop Star is if not the epitome of Capitalism itself?

I’m strictly against the use of AI period. ESPECIALLY in medical settings, I’m not trusting no machine that tells me how to fix myself when most of the time AI has to be checked by an actual human for validity. 
 

That being said, I wish them the best. Just because I don’t agree doesn’t mean I’m gonna attack her or whatever but it’s just disappointing to me. Invest in real people real science not machines, unless the AI keeps the skin alive longer? Who regulates this, the FDA?
