The thing with her that actually bothers me is I don't get why she, having the platform she's got, do not dare to release something actually experimental or at least risky. Girl can sell 2 million copies first week off of ANYTHING and still releases the same vibe over and over

Sure, but why would these two put on wall like that in stylized fonts tho? Come on now, I know this site hate her, to the point of the enemy of her is your friend kinda thing, (just like some of those Taylor vs Beyonce threads where people defending Beyonce, but not because they like her, not indeed, Yoncé is historically also very hated here lmao),  but let's be more sensical about it

Yes but it’s trademarked only by jurisdiction amd commercial classification.

She holds the copyright of it under tour memorabilia, specific merchandise, and certain forms of entertainment (like the Toy Story billboard). However she cannot own it for broad wider use in fashion, music, local businesses nor local advertising. She also cannot own it as a generic acronym in general for any other business or services. That’s how copyright works you cannot broadly own an acronym, the only way she could sue is if it is misleading advertisement. Which this isn’t because this could be for ANYTHING. It could even be placeholder for a store or restaurant with those initials.

Furthermore you cannot copyright a font unless it is explicitly created specifically for you or by you. I work in design and you have to pay for a license for every font you use. Typically you can buy individual licenses for specific fonts and their styles (italics, bold etc) separately or you can buy a full license which usually costs a few hundred dollars. 

So a random sign could mean anything beyond her. Not saying it ISNT her but just wanna settle this whole copyright debate.
