And I get the impulse of trying to go after Gaga for the merch since they do have the trademark for clothing, but it’s pretty obvious such items are here as part of the album and we’re not made with the intent of confusing consumers. It’s honestly embarrassing that they went through all this without submitting evidence that their claims where legit. That's where it feels like more of a moneygrab than a genuine protection of brand integrity. There would be no overlap between those products and no confusion between the very separate fan bases. When you're rich and well known it just places a target on your back for selfish opportunists to attack I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
