The BEST I guess would be Superbowl. She sung (or sang? rip my english) flawlessly for like 12 mins, serving choreo, ruling the stage like a REAL performer... 

But yeah, honestly add Born This Way at the Grammy's and I think there you got her 4 best performances of all time.

I watched the 2009 VMAs and didn't stan immediately. I was so impressed by the Sound of Music tribute but we all knew she could sing.

But her Halftime Show was when I really felt like "damn, our girl f*cking made it "

One for the history books and truly one of a select few that'll inform how others do their shows. She set the bar.

Paparazzi at the VMA's will always hold a special place for me as it was the performance that started my journey as a Gaga fan. She PERFORMED the absolute Scheiße out of that song. Truly one of the all-time greatest award show performances.

VMA's ? Oh I suppose so.

Sound Of Music ? No. It was an interesting thing to do and a brave thing to do, and it WAS good, but it wasn't her at her best.

Superbowl Star Spangled Banner ? Yes, 

Edge Of Glory and Hair on Howard Stern ? Yes.

Paparazzi at VMAs 09, it was dramatic and i also loved her deep voice. 

Sound of Music was beautiful too.

Half-Time-Show didn't feel by far so coherent as the other two (she had many better performances)

ETA: Literally just put two and two together on the rewind … the surgical precision of her performance direction … the intention on the choreo and capture during Dance in the Dark

It is one of the best. She looks great here. Dance In The Dark sounds great and Telephone too. 

Unfortunately it's almost the one good early performances with Telephone, because at other Telephone performances i didn't liked her outfits. These short underpants.

But this is perfect.

its wild that the MMVA performance gets forgotten though because it was both of those performances that solidified her image imo
