not really, they gave it a 0 indeed, but the review itself if u read it praises the album beyond measure, saying that the album marks a cultural shift and that giving it a score would be undervaluing, the review itself exposes the meaninglessness of these rating systems, Metacritic is a joke and always has been.

So that f*g took a stance and made sure Born This Way would be below 80 on Metacritic  worthless or not people still look to critics as to whether they should bother with things.
