ykw, you're right. now thinking about it more, I think my main gripe with Mayhem is that Gar returns the general sound from TF+TFM without any transgressiveness.  I think MV's like alejandro  were great companion pieces to pop tracks you wouldn't usually think to be "edgy" or "Out there"(Not saying that gaga was edgy, depending on how you define edgy, but to the mainstream pop land scape she def was)
