Also realistically if Stevens had to spend $60M to have only won a primary by around 2-3% (assuming she would have gotten all or most of McMarrow’s vote share if McMarrow had endorsed) she’s be cooked in the general. Not to mention that AIPAC likely wouldn’t help her against Rogers, so she wouldn’t have the same war chest she had and needed here. But maybe Stevens could’ve gotten an endorsement from McMarrow if islamaphobic Gillibrand and Zionist Schumer (read: the coastal elites behind her stilted campaign) hadn’t sabotaged her because they wrongfully accused her of being DSA. Hoist by their own petard. Abdul won by less than 1% and only because Mallory dropped out after the ballot deadline. He did horribly with rural, working class and black voters. Like I said earlier, he’s unelectable and will lose to the Republican candidate in November. Stevens voters view him as toxic and will sit out. He’s the Kari Lake of Democrats.

Just wondering. The gays know how to party

If Stevens is more electable, it shouldn’t have even been close, especially not with the amount of money spent in her favor and the amount of institutional support she received within the state and national party. But ofc, you couldn’t address that in the post you’re replying to and won’t address it now because it’s inconvenient and doesn’t reinforce your bias. PartySick 173,086
And of course, now Republican propaganda is spinning the "Democrats just voted for the communist marxist Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed and his brother's name is Osama!" Racism towards Arabs really never went out of style. I'm glad younger voters and Democrats as a whole are rejecting that bullsh*t though. At least those Muslim "tErRoRiSt" groups they were whining about last night have vested interests in supporting Muslim/Arab Americans. AIPAC couldn't give less of a sh*t about American Jews. Especially since American Jews tend to be some of the harshest critics of Israel. Idk, whatever Kamala Harris has endorsed El-Sayed Obama himself needs to get his ass to Michigan if you ask me MAGA has no shot against Abdul and Hussein hitting the streets of Detroit lmao Whimsical bitch
