The singles carry this album hard and even the non singles work really well with the rest of it. ARTPOP on the other hand, has great highs like Do What U Want, Aura, GUY, ARTPOP and Applause but as a FOURTH album, following The Fame Monster and Born This Way, it's a bit of a disappointment to me. imogen2133 538 Posted Tuesday at 10:02 PM Share Posted Tuesday at 10:02 PM (edited) I love both a lot but have to go with ARTPOP, I find the outros on The Fame to be quite repetitive and the songs from ARTPOP don't have that and I am not really a fan of Paper Gangsta either. The Fame does have plenty of my fav Gaga songs though like I Like It Rough (heavy on that one), The Fame, Poker face, Paparazzi, Summerboy, Disco Heaven, Starstruck and Boys Boys Boys. However I just love ARTPOP more overall and I actually think of The Fame and ARTPOP as sister albums in a way and like ARTPOP is an evolution/continuation of The Fame subject wise as well.
