FIFA Fan Festival 7 p.m. on Friday, July 17, at Lemon Hill in East Fairmount Park Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Bebe Rexha to bring her catalog of pop hits to FIFA Fan Festival Philadelphia on July 17. Before her solo breakthrough with "Me, Myself & I" and "In the Name of Love," she wrote for Eminem and Rihanna – making her one of the most versatile voices in contemporary pop.
