Why is there a "vooh" sound in GOE? (orchestral version)

It's around 0:43 point. I cannot help but notice it everytime I watch the orchestral intro.

It kind of sounds like "vooh" or that funny noise when a car starts up.

its a bass thingy. She's got that thing ever since she started her live band tour. I live every time i hear it.
