Definitely, it benefits her to appear to be Democrat for the many liberal fans she has but if she quietly gives to Republican causes and uses them in a "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" kinda way, there's something to be of benefit there too. When you've reached that level of wealth, the policies of your leaders don't affect you, money can make everything better. So you become largely apolitical because politics are no longer relevant to you. So you pick and choose which side to put support behind as the mood and optics take you.

Let’s also be real as we have seen in the UK you can be “left” or centre left and still do sh*tty things. Look at the amount of racist, homophobic and transphobic followers of Labour in the UK a party that would be considered our “left”. 

You can absolutely be left and still have right wing views, I know many (sadly) racist people who are massive advocates for trans people or people adamantly against racism but believe queer people are “asking too much” now. Nobody is truly hard left or hard right, and the ones that claim to be do it for attention tbh.

Plus money in America makes you apolitical or central. Since America functions like a business and a bank and not a country, it’s the most capitalist or capitalism countries in the world.
