This is such an amazing point and helps me understand why I have only continued to dislike her more as time goes on haha. She went from making decent music to basically having every album sound like a record company is trying to push out a new artist, and she clearly has no shame doing it. 

Thinking of another thread- I admire Gaga's absent behavior from the public when she isn't focused on projects and focused on her personal life instead. So many other great artists do this and they continue to succeed without having to also constantly be in the public eye.

My guess is this is a ploy, but even then it is a ridiculous way to approach it. I saw somewhere the rehearsal dinner was at MSG and I promise you there are other places she could have done this without shutting down streets right next to one of the busiest parts of NYC.

If any of this turns out to be real though, she's a bitch for doing this on a holiday and causing so many people to get f*cked over for the sake of her doing something she should have done elsewhere. Not sorry, because if you are worth 2 billion, you can afford to figure out a way to get married without f*cking over so many people in a city that I don't even think she likes that much

Yeah if this does turn out to be true I think it highlights the contrast in reality between the world that Taylor and Travis live in vs the working class of NY. It seems so narcissistic and selfish to 1) have a wedding ceremony in an entertainment arena, and 2) shut roads and transport for the local community. 

I hope it’s a rumour or distraction tactic because the optics wouldn’t be good. Even though Taylor courts attention I would’ve thought when it came to her wedding she’d have a private and lowkey set up but I guess we’ll find out.

I know this might not be a popular comment on here but I actually, really, truly, genuinely don’t care.

 

I never understood why people thought celebrity weddings were a big deal because they almost always end in divorce so there is nothing actually that sweet or endearing about them. 
 

Like I actually will probably look at the dress Gaga wears because I’m curious what her fashion will be and that’s it. Could give a **** less what these people are saying to eachother in their vows. lol. It’s kind of weird to care about somebody’s personal life like that just because you appreciate their art in my opinion.
