I just can't look at her. Her weight loss is very concerning. She needs help, not a world tour. I feel for people suffering from ED, must be so triggering and I feel bad for her fans who watch her and get influenced.

It's very sad she doesnt seem to even be shy about it but intentionally flaunting it despite going viral on social media about her gaunt and skeletal appearance.

I'm 100% sure she is aware of the comments and attention it's getting but it's even more concerning those around her are not helping her more especially since being on tour is very demanding even for a healthy person. 

I hope Gaga has reached out privately inquiring if she's ok as she herself has struggled with EDs...

That's what ED does to a person. It warps your perception. In her mind she truly believes that she looks the best she ever did. Look at the photos she posted on her Instagram, she's clearly happy about the way she looks and doesn't even consider it something to be shy or ashamed about. It's scary to think that she might end up like Karen Carpenter.

I went to her show and it was cute. She’s got a very sweet personality and engaged with the fans a lot. 
 

She served vocals and did choreography to a few songs. The highlight was absolutely Rain On Me. What a great surprise and everyone sang along! Crazy how it was the only time this year that I see a Chromatica song being performed live. Then Break Free was right after and it was so good! It was the gayest part of the whole show and the folks in the nosebleeds were waving a gay flag. The platform was rainbows and reminded me of Mayhems Paparazzi colors. Her outfit reminded me of the Paparazzi/Lovegame look but that’s okay, Ari is a queen and an ally.

Yeah everyone is talking about it and not for the reasons she'd like... I hope she gets help eventually before it's too late, but it must be 1000x times harder to realize something is wrong and take that step when you're constantly scrutinized.

It must be. If you get help and gain weight, you'd have to admit that the Internet was right and will likely be confronted with that question in the future. This is why I don't like it when people comment on celeb's bodies, like please just let people live and deal with their own issues. She doesn't need the Internet barking at her.

The op/tweet just says her tour has generated a lot of online traffic... it doesn't mention anything about it being related to her appearance?

Is there actual, rampant discourse about her health somewhere, or are people just snowballing the first reply to this thread?

I would think, if anything, the breakup is what is driving a lot of the chatter rn?

I'd say that nobody cares about Ethan at the moment. The conversation is currently about her appearance and ED. YouTube has started suggesting videos about it to me after I looked up for her Rain On Me performance.

I have no idea, I was just commenting on the scrutiny she receives. But definitely makes sense that the chatter is probably more about her breakup and body image/pics vs. the tour itself.

The thing that makes it harder is how brains work on eating disorders. When someone hears things like "omg you look so disgusting" or "they look so scary!" it reinforces their problem. Their brain says that what they are doing is working. It also goes the other way. When someone says "you look great" or "you are looking so much better!" then the brain says "I'm getting fatter" and they want to eat less again. It's a very difficult thing.

Yes unfortunately there’s been a lot of talk about her weight and whether she can carry on with the tour. These are just a few of many, many tweeets with thousands and thousands of likes…
