Odds of Democrats putting forward a nominee that can still f*ck seem tremendous this time around. Will Ossoff run? Who knows. But now I gotta go digging into whatever tf he’s said on controversial topics. I've noticed a recent trend of his name turning up which definitely points to money suddenly funneling into any water testing work he has going. He's relatively flavour free when it comes to the relevant controversial topics for democrats. Has backed some attempts to block weapons & funding for israel while not opposing others. (since thank god Dump can’t run anymore) Pretty likely. It normally shifts back and fourth.

Yep, ask me 2 years ago and I'd have agreed. Now? It's beyond clear that the MAGA project is collapsing (Musk pulling out, Thiel moving etc) and the Establishment GOP are repositioning to reclaim the party apparatus. So the most important election is not 2028,but 2026.And I hope that America can still have democracy .We can't effort to lose another country ,certainly another superpower to dictatorship. Ossoff is a mixed bag 'cause the Israel topic isn't going away. Though, he's far better on the topic than Newsom is and personally I consider the fact that he's a Jew a huge strength since he's actively critical of Israel, has voted to keep bombs and guns out of Israeli hands (basically saying our military support should continue but it shouldn't be unconditional, which was my own stance a year or two ago), and he refuses to take PAC money, including AIPAC. Plus, he's great at working a crowd. I'd vote for him I'll vote for anyone with a D next to their name at this point but he'd definitely have an easier time courting independents AND leftists than Newsom would. Yeah, out of the moderate Dems. Ossoff at the moment is the best candidate in the ongoing shadow primary. And he's the only candidate I think who has genuine broad church appeal possiblities. If he can win Georgia this year with Trump still around, he's got a good case to make as someone who can win those tougher swing states the Dems have missed out in due to Trump being on the ballot in previous years. Y'all said that about Trump 2.0 then it happened. Y'all said that about concentration camps then it happened. Y'all said that about project 2025 then it start happening. Yall said that about project Esther then it started happening. The more reigned in Trump 1.0 had to be talked out of invoking martial law to prevent the transfer of power, he's been "joking" about it for years, he keeps floating the idea of a 3rd term, he noted out loud the idea that if the country is at war he could cancel the election in conversation with Zelensky and then started started wars he continues to stoke, conservative officials have said they were looking into it, Ogles formally proposed an amendment to the 22nd amendment, and the subterranean military complex being built under the ballroom Trump has been so aggressive about is awfully fishy seeing as there are several dormant offices in DC that would already work perfectly for the purposes they're claiming it is for. I don't think it'll ultimately come to fruition anymore because of this administration's incompetence, but we have to stop acting like every drastic possibility from them is just a fearmongering fantasy when it's been proven time and time again that this administration is 100% willing to go there if they want to.
