Like a movie, but there‘s no story, and the story doesn‘t matter—the story is you; you are the story, and the fans are the story of the show. So, I‘m less concerned with the narrative of the performance, and more concerned with the series of images, and how they tell a more subliminal story about the music. They actually always laugh at me, during The Monster Ball, I always had great ideas during “Paparazzi,” when I was fighting with The Monster. Y’know after that scene, I would go back to the changing room and go: “Oh my goodness, we have to do this—and I’m seeing this; and what if we did it this way? And what if I was hanging from here, and we flew in and…” and that‘s, a lot of times it happens when I‘m on stage, because I‘m with you and we‘re having this tremendous moment, and we‘re all screaming at each other singing lyrics, and suddenly I think: “Well, what if I was inverted covered in meat?” And I was thinking this, and now I have a new idea… 1 2

I'm here. She always HAS great ideas surrounding what she uses Paparazzi FOR, not just during. I mean, repurposing a "stalker" song as basically a self-love song "I'm your biggest fan/I'll follow you until you love me" after her arduous escape from the pit... Bringing the whole venue to tears like that is a stroke of genius. Anyway, yes yes LG8 is waiting to pop out, it might be a while but if she got inspired like that during Requiem or the MBT... I CANNOT WAIT. Love her affirmation of her love for subliminal storytelling - that's truth truth and more truth! 1
