I'd highlight the way she sings on it (specially the first verse and the "crush til I die of the glamorous life" part - I think I never heard her enunciate a phrase the way she did there; simply perfect). Shape Of A Woman, on the other hand... Imma need a few more listens. Which is surprising, because I truly thought that one was an easy win for me. I don't know. I didn't get feelings listening to it - which is, again, surprising It might be because of the fact that these songs don't bring to the table a new narrative from her - but I should have in mind these are just songs for a soundtrack. I'd be way more critical if they were meant for a proper album, though. So I'll take them for what they are. I'll be streaming regardless cause new music is new music lol Edit: the lyricism on SOAW is great, I must say. If we compare this to her previous works... Insane. She's always been a great songwriter but let's be real, she's at her best right now - those lyrics are amazing.
