I mean it just depends on your criteria. 

There's no one on that list who was as creative vocally and able to convey emotion as well as him in my opinion. 

But there are definitely better technical performers on that list.

As Freddie or Bowie? Because I’d personally argue that Bowie is more vocally creative than Freddie, but again, that’s a matter of preference.

I personally find Bowie to be a creative genius lyrically and artistically but vocally always thought he was mediocre 😅

Idk I might be biased, but I think he’s technically excellent and generally underrated as a singer in terms of quality and versatility, but I also love a good theatrical baritone

I genuinely don’t think Mariah has ever sounded good. Sure, her technique is out of this world but sonically, I really don’t like what comes out of her mouth. She’s still much better than Xtina though, that one is absolutely horrendous
