I think it's more about the placement in the movie, not when it was written or released. Hold My Hand was written during Chromatica sessions but released during the Top Gun cycle, Billie's No Time To Die came out like in early 2020 and the movie got postponed to late 2021 so they really don't go for dates like the Grammys, just that it has to be part of the movie. She could easily lie about that + I think her cameo was thought very early on in pre-production which would coincide with her working on MAYHEM, her team planning the tour (but still being too late to book stadiums for the whole tour) and the film crew planning an d booking everything to shoot in Milan. They just made a decision based on how the movie ended so probably Runway fits more with that but by doing that, they killed all the awards chances for Glamorous Life, they should've used it in the movie.
