Should be life in prison. Crimes like that should have murderers locked forever. Such an easy end to go for death penalty.

20 years waiting to die in prison, hell yeah that’s what he deserves

I really dislike the death penalty for cases like this. This guy should suffer for the rest of his life. Ending it early would be a mercy he didn't give.

nah i dont think they should keep this monster alive. what he did was subhuman and gross in the worst possible way. he doesnt deserve to breath any longer

Internet figured it out in 5 seconds.

You have to prove it in court. It's not the same.

I don't agree with capital punishment but I'm glad to see there is hopefully gonna be some justice for that poor girl and her loved ones.

I mean.. I hope they extend it a bit and make him suffer jail for a couple of years cause making him just die would be too easy for such a horrid crime.. But also, when are they gonna do the same to Trump and his mates?

I knew someone was going to say this, and I want to say...

I know that, but it's still kind of funny to me how fast the internet can solve things. Pretty sure it happened with other cases as well. Not at all am I saying that if the internet said they did it, then it proves everything and the court runs with it. Just something to think about is all.

Yeah, it's always funny people wanting the death penalty, but that's way more humane than what these people deserve.

Everywhere is different but I saw a news piece the other day about a killer in prison having a great time doing tiktok lives (so he has a phone), saying how good prison is, some get playstations etc.

That reminds me of the one OF couple who killed a guy, went to prison, and now one of them still makes content... in prison, with other prisoners

Yeah but the internet also said many wrong things that have needlessly ruined people's lives. An infamous example is the "we did it reddit" incident. We have to be cautious not to entertain clickbait and ragebaiting attempts at "solving" cases.

I am sure police have suspicions he did it too, but we live in society, you know. They gotta do it according to book, and get all punishing evidence, to avoid them getting sued by the suspect. even his label, Interscope, waited til the last minute before dropping him. I believe for the same legal reasoning.

Yeah, you're right about people pointing the finger at the wrong people. I just meant it was crazy how speedy things were when it happened all. My apologies if my comment came across as endorsing it. :holdmyhand:

True, they've got to make sure the evidence is solid before they can do things like that. They could find plotholes and sue them like you said. In hindsight, all the evidence was pointing towards him. Part of me was hoping it wasn't true though. It's unfortunate how things turned out to be.
