No shade to ARTPOP, Joanne and Chromatica but I was truly starting to believe she was never going to make a STRONG album like the first three. It is very satisfying as a fan to see her this happy again and have that spark finally back. Also, Mayhem production is top notch, might even sound better than Born This Way production. If I was only getting into Gaga’s music around these years I’d call Mayhem her best album but the nostalgia is there so I have to pick Born This Way even if it’s too heavy to get into as a new listener.
