Honestly, I don't see it happening now just because of how different their vocals are. Gaga won't be happy with over processing and Madonna won't handle being out-sang well.

I kinda feel like Madonna would go anywhere Gaga would go just for the sake of getting headlines and successful collab ahead of her new era coming.

I don't think the collab is happening. But out of the two artists I think Gaga would be the hardest one to get involved in this. Not because of some tensions but because she's never forcing a collab if it's not working
