'oh breathalyzers aren't accurate', they're statistically more accurate than these weird balancing act tests, they don't show false negatives, on rare occasions can show a false positive.. butin that case they just move you to a more accurate test and you can request a blood test which overrides the breathalyzer.. which is exactly what they do in the US. So you can all get out of the cars, do 5 minutes of instructions of how they want you to perform for them in front of everyone driving past, back and forth conversation blah blah blah. I didn't realise the "world tour" line had a second wind with all the part where he struggled to explain that he's a touring singer. Don't know if he was so drunk he couldn't explain it or because he was so annoyed that the cop clearly didn't know who he was and didn't want to have to say his name out loud as he knew it was going to solidify the cop not having a clue. And that woman who was in the car with him (she's a celebrity interior designer, apparently) trying to beg the cops to let him go because "you must love Bye Bye Bye or Sexyback" was something else. She only made him look worse by acting shocked that he was drunk and being taken away. What really got me is that when she asked him who he wanted her to call, he said he didn't know. He's a husband and father or two. His knee-jerk reaction should've been to call his wife. And the woman doesn't suggest to phone her either. Granted, it is more logical to call your lawyer first but she didn't even suggest Jessica. Makes you wonder if she knew that his wife wouldn't agree with them being alone together. Maybe this is why Justin didn't want the footage to be released. Apparently he fought with the judge over its release at all and successful got some parts redacted so God knows what the rest involved. All I can say is, Jessica must really love him. She's put up with his career going downhill, him being pictured holding hands on a night out with a female co-star, his drunk driving arrest and all those revelations Britney made in her book about him forcing her to abort their baby back in the day. Now when she see how inebriated he was here and that he didn't even think to call her upon his arrest...Will she start seriously wondering if she should be with this guy?
