However, visually it looks similar to the previous film and introduces some new characters but I hope they REALLY "go there" with some of the unusual and controversial plot points and don't try to mask it. Loved Gladiator 2, and The Last Duel was the best movie of 2021. I also love the alien prequels but Ik im a minority in that. And Sicario was a pretty bad experience, idk how Denis makes raids on drug lords that boring. He's a good director still, I love dune, but Denis's peak is not on par with Ridleys peak. everyone here knows that I'm not going to make life easy. Alien very good, Thelma and Louise good, Blade Runner mid and overrated (poor storytelling carried by good cinematography and an excellent score).
