I quite like it. I normally don't like a song being pure sample but this one does it just right. Admittedly, I'd never listened to the original, had only recognised that unmistakable beat. So, going to look back on it, I was surprised to find that the song is a completely different one for over 2 minutes and the beat drop changes it towards the end and then only has "I can't get no sleep" over it. I assumed the whole song was that beat. With that in mind, Bebe took the best part of it and added much better lyrics to it, in my opinion. And that bridge is heavenly. Only problem is, if this becomes a hit, it's yet another song of hers that will have sampled a famous club track so it's not truly hers in that sense. By the way, does anyone know how you vote for her next song? Because I can't find it anywhere, not even on her official site.
