They are deploying people not involved in immediate combat but to be nearby, suggesting they have ongoing plans with what is happening. I am terrified for my brother's safety and my own country, and struggling to even grasp this news. And frankly let someone come and get me in the night for saying this, I ****ing dare them, but the only logical basis for this attack/war taking place is for some personal reasons we as a public don't know, and we f, u c k i n g deserve to know if our own people are getting deployed now. I know it's small fish in comparison to what's going on, but this is the second time his trip to Australia had to be cancelled and he's always looked forward to visiting there. The global knock-on effect is huge. US and UK citizens are now trapped in Dubai due to its airport being attacked. It's not the type of country I'd wanna be stuck in.
