What do you want Beyoncé to do? Post a video of her eating Takis, while listening to Sexyy Red, and farting?

Okay honestly I’d pay to see this. Beyoncé high as hell eating takis and farting. Sexy Red can keep her music to herself

But Taylor IS a global queen, that's a fact.

I’m open to being corrected, but I’m not sure I would call Taylor global, let alone a queen, when she is only as famous as actual global pop stars like Michael Jackson, despite having the incredible advantage of the internet age. That level of fame is due more to exposure than to true global awareness, in my honest opinion. She also does not have the influence of Michael Jackson. She is certainly incredibly famous, up to global standards as I said, but I’m not sure if that really counts considering the huge advantage she has compared to the people who came before her. The standards should most definitely be raised, and she does not have the influence of a “global queen.”

Here are videos of every crowd from her sold out stadium tour last year, after a nearly 30-year career: https://x.com/BeyyGlobal/status/1928292685317579248

Yes, like U2 sells out stadiums because of their music, off course people will come to see her with a discography from almost 30 years. even for most people it is the good old music and not the new boring I do not know what to call it she released the last decade.

Please. It was the COWBOY CARTER TOUR, not Eras Tour, people know it'll be focused on the album. And if that weren't enough, while sure, she's not doing Gaga or TS numbers, she had recent hits (solo mind you) TEXAS HOLD 'EM, CUFF IT, BMS etc. From her 9 #1 on the Hot 100 since 2003, 2 are from the last 5 years. And I don't see that much conversation over Bono changing his haircut lmao (I know, a rock band is not the same, but you started the comparison not me lol)

Why can't Beyoncé haters just say she's not for them and move on. Just because in their head she's a thing of the past doesn't mean it aligns with reality. We have facts to prove it.

And on a personal note, I found what she's been doing since self titled to be MILES ahead of her four first albums. Musically, vocally, sonically, thematically, visually, everything's better. I do get the nostalgia of it all, but the reception of her albums since ST make it clear I'm in the majority thinking the same.

Calm down, I was not comparising. In my opinion, artists who are in the business for a long time always get a big crowd. Not sure where you live. I just know that in my country, Beyonce did not have a big hit the last decade, yes, Texas bla bla and Cuff it were played on the big radio stations due to the streaming numbers.

I am not a Beyonce hater, she has good music, I just do not like her work from the past 10 years, nor do I think she is the greatest. I have seen her once, the Formation tour, it was nice, she was good but not great, also because the sound in a stadium is not great. For me, she is a nice performer, she can sing, she can dance when she does not sing (she cannot do both in the same time) but for me it was not a show or something memorable, just a concert.

And with the relevant thing...   cowboy carter was never relevant where I live, yes, she was able to have 9 shows here in Europe, not sold out if I have to believe European Media, but still, for someone who had 20-25 years in music, off course people will buy a ticket.

I live in France, where she most definitvely is VERY relevant to this day. But relevance doesn't stop at a border. Just because she had lesser success in your country doesn't mean globally she faded into oblivion. As for the Parisian and London dates not being sold out, I don't know the official numbers, but I attended both dates in London and both in Paris. Maybe there were a few seats empty here and there, but the stadiums were packed. (And Paris was definitively sold out as a friend wanted to come last minute but didn't manage to find a ticket)

There's TONS of artists who started in the 90s or before who can't sold out arenas, let alone stadiums (if they're still active to begin with). She's definitvely one of the lucky ones. Luck here being mostly talent and hard work. Just because they had a long career doesn't mean people are willing to pay hundread of dollars/euros/pounds/whatever. Nostalgia sells of course, but it doesn't fill out stadiums with horribly overpriced tickets alone.

And funny enough, while I did really enjoy the FWT, the Renaissance and (to a slightly lesser extend) the Cowboy Carter tour were vastly superior. Someone relying only on nostalgia wouldn't be able to pull out tours on that scale. And almost back to back at that.

And to your point also: aren't huge streaming numbers, able to put songs on the radio according to you, a great indicator of relevance as well? We're talking about recent songs here, not Survivor or Crazy in Love. If she was a throwback act for nostalgia, people would stream only DC and that's it. (And again, I know she's not doing the same numbers are Gaga and stuff, but still)
