Artists are leaving the Wasserman Agency following Epstein revelations

Multiple artists are seeking to leave the Wasserman Agency after details regarding founder-CEO Casey Wasserman’s connection to Jeffrey Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell emerged in documents last week

The artists’ agents are said to have presented Wasserman with an ultimatum that he step down and divest or sell the company, which he thus far has declined. However, Wasserman, who is currently in Italy with the Olympics, is said to be meeting with top executives at the company later this week to determine a course of action. He is chairman of the organizing committee for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, where he is also facing pressure to step down.

Several artists, beginning with Best Coast’s Bethany Cosentino and including Chappell Roan and top indie acts Wednesday, Water From Your Eyes and Beach Bunny, have posted social-media messages expressing unhappiness with Wasserman and are seeking or beginning the process to leave.

The agency is one of the largest in the music business, with a roster also featuring Lorde, Coldplay, Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Wet Leg, Raye, SZA, Joni Mitchell, Janelle Monae, Geese and frontman Cameron Winter, Tyler, the Creator and hundreds of others. Wasserman’s artist roster was taken down from its website at some point over the last couple of days, presumably in response to artists’ requests for their names to be removed.

Bless these artists. It's the only way some of these people are going to be held accountable is by their money. Chappel gets so much hate, but I love that she sticks by her principals at the end of the day. Like, you didn't see Timothy Chalamet or any clients former or otherwise publicly condemning that awful PR person who was bff with these demons.

Im glad artists are standing up whereas some seem to wanna hide or full blow support Trump and pretend to not see the injustice going on.

Can Trump be stripped of his title as president since he has been confirmed to be connected to the files and exposed for touching children?

The fact that Congress or whoever decides on presidents hasn't stripped Tr*mp and his sideckicks of their presidential titles is DISGUSTING.1 But then again, they are probs somewhere in the mix as well :P

I’ve grown to have so much respect for Chappell Roan. She is using her voice to remind everyone that the people are the ones with power, stand up now before it’s too late like Russia. 

Chalamet is dating Kylie Jenner, whose entire family is as MAGA as can be. We know where his values lie.
