I agree. I also found it boring, but his music is not my cup of tea. Loved the message of it though with what is going on, but it just felt a bit messy with all the sublocations, not really a stage. And the ending I expected a big party with DTMF but suddely he was walking out already. Also, I hate it when the superbowl is during daytime, it makes everything look cheaper than it should. I usually agree about daytime shows, but liked it during the day for this setup though. If it was dark, then it would have looked like a spooky maze

Yeah, Gaga’s energy and enthusiasm saved it, but I agree that she didn’t modify the vocal delivery enough to fit the arrangement (probably a bit under rehearsed because of how tight her schedule is). As far as the rationale behind her being there, I think it serves a couple purposes: on a cultural level, there are a lot of people that like Gaga (or even just like DWAS) who may not be into Bad Bunny, so the inclusion of a song that basically everyone knows is really smart, tbh.
 

On a political level, Gaga’s inclusion could represent a form of allyship between a white artist and a Latino artist during a time of political division. And, on a personal level, I think it’s just heartwarming for him because he’s such a massive fan and heartwarming to see a newer artist give Gaga some flowers as well.
