They willingly don’t use any guardrails set up to prevent this, so they are equally to blame and they are in support. Even democrats chose not to prevent his second term. We have all become so desensitized by what he does, because let's face it, there's stupid crap everyday. We now just shrug our shoulders and shake our heads.
