As someone who had epilepsy as a kid (though a different kind, but still), I do agree that this needs to be called out. Stuff like this is very dangerous.

Agreed. Also, from a friend in the industry: I think they put these things through special filters that gauge risk and (maybe???) adjust accordingly automatically.

Surely there's strict regulations about this kind of stuff on TV? Just because a twitter post doesn't show a warning doesn't mean the actual ad won't.

I mean they are a great artistic choice at times, it's just that they are literally dangerous to like 1% of the population.

dude I was using my VR headset around the time she & troye had that VR concert thing... I jumped in for a sec and holy crap I thought a bitch was gonna sieze. just so many strobe effects. I hate it
