Ladle Ghoulash 53,971
Even if her car struck him, which it doesn’t appear to have, DHS use of force policy explicitly says when an officer “manufactures jeopardy” (ie putting themselves in the pathway of a vehicle), it directly undercuts their claim that lethal force was necessary because they put themselves in harms way. Not to mention that Ross unholstered his gun well before he could’ve perceived himself as being in danger, and proceeded to immediately place himself in front of the vehicle, which an internal memo from DHS from over 13 years ago cites as a common tactic used by ICE and Border Patrol Officers to contrive justification for use of lethal force (which begs the question of the murder being premeditated) And more broadly: don’t let the administration’ authoritarian posturing fool you, they are scared shitless about this situation and they know that they’re digging their grave deeper and deeper. There have been numerous leaks to the media from higher ranking DHS officials that describe the behind the scenes atmosphere at the agency as being tense and paranoid as well as DHS sending out “legal reminders” to officers about how to ethically engage with protesters. There’s also a lot of dissent in both DOJ and DHS surrounding prosecutions that the Trump administration is trying within Minnesota and the plans to send more officers into the state, so the admin’s back is essentially against the wall, where if they back down, to me, it feels as though that would be the death rattle of the attempts to consolidate power through violent force, but also their public support and internal support is not robust enough for them to really push full force ahead in the way that they would need to in order to consolidate power. SpadesToStart 3,810
A mild bruise is technically internal bleeding, which I’m sure was the extent of his injuries, if any existed at all. I’ve bumped my countertop harder than he did her car.

Lord Mayhem 3,448
Internal bleeding??? They really are pushing this "he almost died" narrative when the woman literally did. Nobody feels sorry for him...his name amd pics are out there. He basically should just stay in hiding cuz the streets will NOT be safe for him

monstertoronto 11,774
I’m sorry but this headline should be “ICE now claims the agent who murdered the civilian has internal bleeding” . Stating probable lies as facts in a headline just helps further their narrative Edited January 15 by monstertoronto 1
Petie Estie 5,707
I never really understood the whole....focus on if he was injured or hit at all or not. Or if he believed his life was in danger. It's still his fault. Nobody asked him to harass this woman in her car. They were not blocked at all. They could have driven around. This country is so easily manipulated I swear to god.
