a bad performance isnt going to ruin the fact that she has 19 number ones on the hot 100, and this was done before streaming was a thing. the womans sold 220+ million records - doesnt matter what she does at this point, shes the standard for all pop vocalists. AND SHE WROTE MOST OF HER MUSIC which is insane to me having the most technically brilliant voice in music but also being an amazing songwriter, thats the edge i feel she has over whitney, whitney basically covered and had other people write her music, mariah was in charge

who cares - that performance is a **** and that's what we rating. I would prefer to watch someone from khia asylum bubbling under hot 1000 but with fire in their eyes and desire to perform than this

Your response to any criticism of any artist you like is always their sales as if that changes what's being discussed now 

By that logic we can't say anything negative about Katy Perry because she used to be successful

It's wild because Caution ans Here for It All are.actually good studio albums. She doesn't seem like she's lost her creative spark in the studio. But she certainly has live on stage.

i mentioned charts but i also mentioned her songwriting skills and her technical prowess as a vocalist during her peak...... confused why you only focused on one part of my comment????? seems like you have comprehension issues babe

she lost her mom and sister in 2024 and some think she has fibro and arthritis 

my mom has severe arthritis in her hip and cant stand up straight 

yall dont know what shes going through - mariah was never like gaga in terms of stage presence her focus was always vocals.

You listed her sales achievements first.

You finished listing her sales & chart numbers and stated that it makes her the standard for pop vocalists.

Only then did you discuss her vocals and writing, which you combined into a singular point. 

So by order of prominance and the placement of the assertion that she is the standard for pop vocalists, its not at all surprising someone clocked you for using charts to defend a bad performance.
