We are so getting this record this year. I was already convinced but everything points to It. And Its probably still with cirkut, a. Watt and d'mile in the main team. 

They clearly continued working way past finishing up mayhem. She must be 80 percent done by now.

Doubt it, they got 3 songs (2 of which are most definitely Mayhem rejects reworked). She wouldn’t have took a mobile studio with her on tour for over a year to not make an album by now.
PLUS given timelines she definitely wasn’t working on TDWP back in October when she was in the studio and she also still teased working with Abel which isn’t out yet either.

We are used to Gaga taking longer between albums recently but if she releases end of the year or early next year, it would be basically two years since Mayhem came out. That’s not an abnormally short time between albums.

she might tour it, but expect LG8 to be another transformation era. We don’t need commercial dominance in 2027/2028. She can come back for that on LG9 in 2030.
