I think her team knows her chances of AOTY have probably dropped so they’re focusing on Harlequin. It’d be a GAG if she wins for both though.

I don't think it's that... MAYHEM has a huge era as campaign for the Grammys. She's been everywhere and has an ongoing critically acclaimed tour.

She only has this show to campaign for Harlequin so I think it was meant to be released now. I'm sure they saw the bad reception the movie had before and while they were shooting this and she probably knew she wasn't going to release it last year.

Jimmy Kimmel asked her about the show and she didn't want to give any info about it + I think the cancellation of her Happy Mistake performance in Kimmel was because they were planning what to do after the backlash. In the end I assume they decided to postpone the release of the show to this year and only if the album was nominated and decided to shoot the performance for Kimmel live since that was aalready booked and they had everything ready to do it anyways
