I think most of Gaga’s stances on things are rather obvious and always have been lol. She always uses her shows to promote LGBTQ+ rights, kindness, and acceptance. Not to mention Angel Down in the US at The Chromatica Ball, her performances for the Biden campaign/admin, etc. It says something to me that the Trump admin knows better than to use her artistry for their messaging but teeters on the line with some of these other girls….

Taylor was infamously politically ambiguous for years really until Lover era, then went on the biggest tour of all time in some of the most conservative places in the country and couldn’t make ONE (1) statement about LGBTQ+, reproductive rights, etc.

As much as I love Gaga, she doesn't get a pass from me. She's been noticeably silent on issues that I would have expected her to be outspoken on, but GGD isn't ready for that conversation

For sure but activism stops being activism when you stop acting and she's far too quiet for my taste these days. I hold her to a higher standard 'cause she actually earned my respect, unlike certain blonde billionaires.

Yeah...and it's not like she doesn't care, she's just silent. And it's always been my belief that those with a platform are obligated to use it for good. If you have the ear of millions and you're not actively doing something with it then you don't deserve your platform
