Francois is a beautiful man.

And I wish we got to see more of what happened between Kip's birthday in the book and that Stanley Cup kiss. 

I know the show is focused on the Hollanov story and that the Skip focus in ep 3 was just so people understood what happened in ep 5. But god damn do I wish we got to see the full story.

So I just binge watched it and I’m sorry but I think it’s overhyped. I feel like this show is something that I would’ve loved when I was in high school because it would’ve seemed daring and aspirational at that point in my life but as an adult it seems kind of silly. Sort of reminds me of the way people are infatuated with Euphoria. And if I wanna see two hot men going at it I’ll just watch the real deal rather than this softcore stuff.

And the fact that neither of the two actors are openly LGBT makes me both upset and uncomfortable because these roles should give a platform to openly gay actors who are struggling in a predominantly heterosexual industry rather than two ambiguous men who seem to be queer bating and trying on our identities like a Halloween costume.
