In many ways i find her much more real now tho. She seemed to have way too much persona the first few years and I didnt believe half of the stuff she said in interviews if im being quite honest

She was guiding the meditation, but there are long pauses. Maybe I just know this by heart because I work with yoga teachers and have edited countless meditations
