Neither, the earnings from tours just go into people's pockets. Music videos are funded by sponsors and other private funds owned by record companies, studios etc. Obviously if an artist is successful and the profit is bigger, there are more chances to get funding and the company can decide to invest more of their own money

I wonder why she is always sticking to the same aesthetics considering that it didn’t work out for the past few years at least. She’s got a team behind her, she doesn’t have that much that she can rely on, considering rebranding, but still. I think anything new would be more interesting and catching more attention and maybe even give her a moderate success.
